On 14 April 2018, the "Financial Legal Risk Prevention and Control and Fund Industry Development Forum" was successfully held in Suzhou New District Financial Town.

Director Liu Lunshan of Lantern was invited to be the moderator of the forum, and his elegant style of hosting added to the forum and won the praise of the attending colleagues.

Mr. Wu Weihua, the Executive Director of Lantern, was invited to give a speech on the theme of "How lawyers actively participate in the prevention and control of local financial risks and promote the healthy development of the fund industry", giving a wonderful explanation from two perspectives: the types of local financial risks and how lawyers participate in the prevention and control of local financial risks.

Mr. Wang Fei, the head of the fund business department of Lantern, was invited to participate in the roundtable forum and held a lively discussion with the participants on the issue of "protection of investors' rights and interests in each stage of private equity fund raising, investment management and withdrawal", which achieved good results.

In addition, the inauguration ceremony of the Suzhou New District Financial Risk Prevention and Control Legal Service Station was completed after the forum, and the "Financial Legal Risk Prevention Manual" was released immediately. Lantern provided comprehensive legal support for the preparation of the Financial Risk Prevention Manual and made active efforts to create a good regional financial ecological environment.
