Recently, Tang Liu Nian, a lawyer from Lantern Law Firm, was invited to share his practical experience on the theme of "experience and method combing in the handling of serious employee discipline" for enterprises in Suzhou New Distrct, Huqiu District SME Service Alliance and enterprises in Jiangsu Medical Device Technology Industrial Park. The event attracted more than 50 enterprise representatives.
Mr. Tang combined his many years of experience in corporate legal services and shared his experience from actual cases he has represented. He analyzed the responses of enterprises in dealing with special employees such as absentee employees, negligent employees and insubordinate employees, summarized the manifestations and review criteria of serious employee disciplinary cases, shared his experience in dealing with serious employee disciplinary cases, and provided enterprises with solutions in dealing with serious employee disciplinary cases. He also provided advice on the design of internal personnel rules and regulations, personnel handling procedures and the preparation of evidence in labor disputes.
The salon was an innovative mode of communication.
